Regular Services Include:
Bathrooms: Our cleaning specialist will clear the room of cobwebs and dust, then wipe clean countertops, basins, faucets, mirrors, tub and surrounding areas. We will then clean the tile, the inside and outside of the shower door(s), empty trash cans, sanitize the toilet inside and out and vacuum and/or mop the floor.
Bedrooms: We dust bedroom furniture as well as the light fixture/ceiling fan, clear away any cobwebs, followed by a thorough vacuuming of the carpets and or rugs/flooring.
Dining room: Starting with dusting the light fixture, we'll then wipe clean the table, chairs and other furniture. We'll finish by vacuuming.
Living room/Family Room: We take care of all dusting details in the room including mantles, coffee tables, lamps and side tables and finish off with a thorough vacuuming of the carpet and/or area rugs.
Laundry room: Our professional house cleaners will wipe clean surfaces, including the washer and dryer, vacuum and/or mop floor.
Kitchen: We know that the kitchen is the main gathering place of of your home. With this in mind we start by wiping clean all countertops and small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, etc.) then clean inside and outside of the microwave. We also wipe down and disinfect the kitchen sink and disposal. Then, the stovetop, drip pans and under hood are cleaned as well as the appliances, kitchen table and chairs. We'll finish by vacuuming or mopping the floors.
* in each room all blinds/shutters and window sills are dusted, trash cans are emtied and framed pictures are all dusted.
